30 Day Knitting Challenge Day 22: Have you ever stricken someone off your to-knit-for list because they didn’t appreciate/take care of your last knitted gift to them?
Lucky for me, I haven’t had to do this. My husband might qualify for ruining my sweaters in the laundry, but I still knit for him. If people I’ve knit for have treated my gifts badly or scoffed at them, they’ve been kind enough to make sure I haven’t found out. I don’t think I knit enough for other people, or rather, I don’t knit as much for other people as other knitters do – I’m a pretty selfish knitter, so haven’t exposed myself much to rejection.
What a short answer. Here’s a video from almost 2 weeks ago of Eevee and I chatting to make this more exciting.
Lol. It’s lucky she was there to step in and save the universe!

Aww…super cute kitty! It makes me miss mine so much. I lost one last year (14 yo) and one this year (17 yo). Unfortunately, my hubby is allergic to them and amazingly put up with the allergic reactions for a really long time just to live with us.

Oh no! I’m so sorry for your losses. After 17 years without kitties, I finally convinced mine last xmas that the vacancy left by our 3rd dog should be filled by a kitty (Jeffrey Lebowski). And then Jeff needed a friend and Eevee needed a home, so she came to us in July.

I am happy to say that no one has ever had a reaction to my work that made me take them off my list. 🙂
